Current Available Position

Main duties:
  • Analyzing market and targeting customers, developing sales strategy;
  • Searching for customers through multiple channels, accomplishing sales targets;
  • Conducting market research termly, analyzing market demand and competitors’ situation; and make effective suggestions;
  • Digging high-potential customers, maintaining relationships, boosting customers’ loyalty, and dig the needs of customers deeply.
Job requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor degree or above, we are open to all major;
  • Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience in training industry (main target customers are foreign-funded enterprises), or responsible for staff training in foreign - funded enterprises;
  • Ability requirements: CET6 or above, practical in PPT, with strong interpersonal skills, business negotiation and presentation skills etc.

Overview
  • The Senior Conference Producer will be responsible for overseeing the research, program development, speaker acquisition, and project management of a broad range of events.
  • The role involves working alongside the marketing and sales teams to ensure the event achieves its goals and targets and meets the needs of the audience and sponsors.
Duties and Responsibility
  • Conduct in-depth research to develop strong knowledge of industry sector.
  • Investigate and generate new topic ideas in alignment with global trends, and provide direction to the conference content.
  • Communicate by phone and email with key industry figures to determine the validity of proposed topic, partnership.
  • Write the conference program, invite speakers, liaise with speakers to ensure attendance, organize or assist in the organizing of the event.
  • Liaise with speakers throughout the conference production cycle.
  • Assist with direct sales for attendance to prospective delegates and for potential sponsors, when required.
  • Assist in any logistics planning, pre-event logistics management, as well as onsite and post-event logistics.
Profile & Qualification Essential
  • Minimum of 3 years in organizing international events and conferences.
  • Proven experience in developing new topics and launch events profitably.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills in Chinese and English.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to quality and detail.
  • Ability to solve problems and successfully engage with internal resources.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects through highly effective organizational skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently.
  • Prefer the candidate who has basic knowledge about the supply chain and procurement field.
